Choose your design, download your files, and get ready to print, fold, and make someone smile.
What Comes With Your Download?
Each digital card includes two PDF files:
- Outside of the card: The exterior artwork.
- Inside of the card: The original inside message or blank interior, as shown in the product listing.
Digital cards do not include a personalized custom message. They come exactly as shown, so check the product images and description before purchasing. You can always add a handwritten note after printing!
This is a digital product. No physical card or envelope will be shipped.
Choose Your Card Size
Our digital cards come in the same finished sizes as these card collections:
| Card collection | Finished size when folded |
|---|---|
| Kids Cards | 4.25 × 5.5 inches |
| Regular Cards | 5 × 7 inches |
These measurements are for the folded card, not the full sheet before folding.
How to Print Your Card at Home
1. Download and Save Both PDFs
After purchasing, download your card files and save both PDFs somewhere easy to find on your computer.
Your purchase allows a one-time download, and download access expires 90 days after purchase. Save your files promptly so you have them when you’re ready to print.
2. Gather Your Supplies
You’ll need:
- A printer that supports the paper size required by your PDFs.
- Paper or cardstock compatible with your printer.
- A PDF viewer.
- A paper trimmer or scissors if trimming is needed.
- An envelope that fits your finished card.
Cardstock gives your card a sturdier feel. Check your printer’s paper-weight limits before loading it.
3. Check Your Print Settings
Open the outside PDF and select Actual Size or 100% scale in your print settings. Turn off options such as “Fit to Page” or “Shrink to Fit,” which can change the finished card size.
Use the paper size and orientation required by the PDF, and check the print preview before printing.
We recommend a test print on plain paper first to check the size, placement, and direction of the artwork.
4. Print the Outside and Inside
Print the outside PDF first. Then print the inside PDF on the reverse side of the same sheet.
Printers feed paper differently, so use your test sheet to work out which way to reload the paper. A small pencil mark on the test sheet can help you track its direction and avoid an upside-down interior.
If your card has a blank interior, leave that side blank.
5. Trim, Fold & Finish
Let the ink dry completely. If the PDF includes extra paper around the card or trim guides, trim as needed.
Fold the card in half, lining up the edges carefully. For thicker cardstock, gently scoring the fold first can help create a cleaner crease.
Add your handwritten note, slip the card into a matching envelope, and it’s ready to give!
A Quick Note About Color
Printed colors may look slightly different from what you see on your screen. Your printer, ink, paper, and print settings all affect the final result.
