Products and availability
We sell greeting cards, including cards that may be personalized with a message. We try to describe and display our products accurately. Orders, prices, and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the checkout states otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and the total price are shown before you submit your order. Payment is due at checkout using the methods offered there.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not mean an unavailable item has shipped. Personalized card messages
If you submit text or other content for a card, you are responsible for checking names, dates, spelling, and wording before completing your order. You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that producing it will not infringe someone else’s rights or violate the law.
You keep any rights you have in content you submit. You give Peakcap LLC and the service providers needed to fulfill your order permission to use, reproduce, and print that content solely to process and deliver the order, address support requests, and keep records as described in our Privacy Policy. We may decline content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, or cannot be produced with our equipment. If we cannot fulfill a paid order for this reason, we will contact you and refund the unfulfilled item.
To request a change or cancellation to a personalized card, contact us before production begins. Once production starts, change-of-mind cancellation or return is unavailable, subject to applicable law. Shipping, delivery, and returns
We currently ship to U.S. addresses served by the options displayed at checkout. Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains the 30-day return window for eligible unused standard cards, personalized cards, and remedies for damaged or incorrect orders.
